The Senior Pastor shall be devoted to the service of the Chinese Grace Bible Church (CGBC) in preaching, teaching and spiritually developing members; leading a multi-cultural and multi-congregational church; administrating six church staff members; shepherding various lay leaders; and performing pastoral care for members.
